Every booking is made on a third-party partner site (for example Vrbo or Expedia) under that partner's own terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy. Your booking contract is with them, not with us.

Itineraries, recommendations, drive times, weather notes and prices shown here are generated by AI and third-party data sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm availability, pricing, taxes, fees and travel requirements directly with the provider before you book or travel.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you agree to give accurate contact details. Do not misuse the service — no scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or use that violates any applicable law.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

If you provide an email address or mobile number, you agree we may send you one-time verification codes and service messages needed to sign in and manage your trips. If you opt in to marketing messages, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. Reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of using the planner or of any purchase.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, floridatravel.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a booking, cancellation, travel disruption, weather event or third-party provider.
